在使用FOXMAIL搜索邮件不全，部分丢失的，特别是邮件量大时很容易发生这个问题，其它是索引文件坏了，要解决这个问题只要重建索引就可以了，其实outlook有同样的问题。以下为解决方法。
01、找到-右上角，功能选项图标（三横标志），如下图
02、找到-功能选项-帮助-小工具-索引管理，如下图
03、选择-重建索引，等待-索引完成，
When using FOXMAIL to search for incomplete or missing emails, this problem is likely to occur especially when the volume of emails is large. The other reason is that the index file is broken. To solve this problem, you only need to rebuild the index. In fact, Outlook has the same problem. The following is the solution.
Settings - Help - Tools - Index Manage - Rebuild
